About Our
Programs

Youth

PowerBase works with young people to build economic awareness and practical skills early. We help youth recognize their strengths, understand how income is generated, and develop discipline, communication, and responsibility. Our focus is exposing students to ownership and real world value creation in age appropriate ways.

Adults

PowerBase works with adults ready to turn skill and experience into income. We help participants identify services, test them in real market conditions, and move toward paying customers. Our programs prioritize execution, accountability, and measurable economic outcomes.

  • Validate a service by selling it
  • Generate customers through action
  • Identify what is working and what is not
  • Build income through repeatable execution

The PowerBase Method

PowerBase does not rely on motivation or theory. Our method is built on testing ideas in the real world and adjusting based on results.

What Power Means Here

  • Power means freedom.
  • Freedom to say no.
  • Freedom to choose.
  • Freedom to build without permission.

Economic power is not granted. It is built through ownership, customers, and consistent execution. PowerBase exists to help make that happen.

How PowerBase Works

PowerBase is an execution focused hybrid cohort built for Black service based entrepreneurs. Each section below explains what participation looks like, how progress is measured, and what is expected from everyone in the space.

PowerBase is execution focused. Participants are expected to take action, test ideas in the real world, and follow through on commitments. This is not a motivation or preparation program.

Progress is measured by payment. Likes, follows, confidence, and attention do not count. Revenue and executed actions do.

PowerBase combines in person sessions in Cedar Rapids with online execution, accountability, and check ins. This structure keeps momentum high and ensures work continues between meetings.

PowerBase is for Black entrepreneurs who sell services and are ready to turn skill, knowledge, or labor into income. It is not designed for people who want to stay in idea or preparation mode.

Ready to Act

PowerBase is unapologetically focused on Black entrepreneurs. This space is not here to explain itself. It exists to produce results.
