Power Base Cedar Rapids helps Black service based entrepreneurs turn skills into income.

We focus on execution, accountability, and real world action. Our goal is ownership, customers, and economic freedom.

How PowerBase Works

PowerBase is built for action. Every part of this space is designed to move Black service based entrepreneurs from ideas to income through focused execution and shared accountability.

We do not motivate without movement. Every session and resource is built around taking action in the real world.

Progress is measured by revenue, not attention. Getting paid is the proof.

PowerBase supports people who sell skills, labor, and knowledge. If you already know how to do something, we help you monetize it.

Respect here means doing the work, showing up prepared, and circulating opportunity within the group.

Why PowerBase Exists

PowerBase exists because talent without income is not empowerment. Too many Black entrepreneurs are told to prepare, brand, or build confidence while never being shown how to generate a customer. We exist to close the gap between effort and economic return by creating a space where execution is expected and results matter.
